The visas have arrived finally! Applied from the middle east - February 2009, visa was issued on the 29th October, got it today. Thank God for this, and thanks to everyone here for all your help. Xena

Hi Honeydew, Can I ask how you sent your RPRF with your medical? We have received a request for medical and the fee, but the doctor says she will send the medical reports herself. Do I also give her the fee, or simply send it alone. Thanks XXena
