I will support any protest against the long process of our PR .... if nobody will voice out about our sentiments and frustrations how will the immigration know.. Other categories have shorter period of processing their PR..they will just wait 3mos or max of 6mos and theyll get their PR.. HOW...

Have a vacation its alright ;) all u need is to have a trv,valid work permit and letter from your employer.. Then you'll be fine when u come back canada...

Hi ragluf,, my return envelop is already in missisauga. It was sent back to me may 11.. Still waiting....

I just want to give an update... I can now track my return envelop... Here is my timeline: App received in fort erie PO:april24 App received in buffalo cic:april 25 Bank draft encashed: may 8 Return envelop accepted at fort erie: may 11 So i guess applying for TRV in buffalo is really fast...

Check the website for buffalo canadian consulate... It is much faster if you send your application in buffalo than in seattle.... I have read some threads here saying that it they got their TRV in 2-3 weeks... I applied too in buffalo, but i havent received my TRV yet...

Based on my experience,, i was direct hired from the philippines .... Medical was my last step before i was issued a visa =)

Hi there! It seems like we have the same timeline.... Ngstart processing ng application ko september 2011 and received my OWP dec 2011... I guess we are the lucky ones who received their OWP without waiting for 18 mos... Still clueless when we'll gonna hear from cic again....

Oh i see.. Sorry about that i wasnt reading carefully... Sabi nila mabilis lang ngaun ung application for OWP....Some people that i know it only took 3weeks.. As for me, 3mos.... From where are you here in canada?

Kelan ka ngsubmit? Ako nun september 11,2011 ngstart processing nun sakin, received my OwP dec 4 yata yun... But i nevr received an acknowledgement from cic regarding my PR and OWP application .is that acknowledgement letter different from the letter that you will received once your application...
