Hi I am preparing form for parents sponsorship. Should I fill up my UCI/Clinet ID (one that appears on my PR card) or leave blank, in BOX #3 "UCI/Client ID" in Generic Form for my parents? Same is the question for UCI/Client id box which is given in Schedule A Background Information. Regards, RK
