Not true.. I am a Mar applicant.. I got my file number with 1xxx format. So far whatever I have seen that Apr applicants (who applied before 14th Apr) were lucky somehow that all of their application were "received" on Apr 14. Seems to be that they probably hired/allocated a new person to look...
