1-Find designated Doctor closer to you and get Medical done. 2-If you have not sent background related stuff ( FBI Fingerprint, Home country Police Certificate and background checks from the states where you lived ) , get them ready and sent them before they ask you for it. 3- Then wait :)

Thanks Moiz Its interesting that you sent them email on Monday and got reply on Thursday. I sent them last Friday and nothing yet. I asked couple my friends they told my they got response within 2 days. I hope something good is happening :)
