How important is the IELTS when applying for a VISA to become a permanent resident? Is there any other EFFECTIVE ways to prove my English? (If say I cannot do the IELTS) Also, did anyone take a course to prepare for IELTS? I know its a few questions but these are really important to me. Ivan
