    Sponsored my parents 3yrs ago. Do the CPC-M send file automatically to CPC-O for further process or do they send it to the country of residence? Would it be possible to request to have in-Canada process if parents living here. Kindly advise.

    My parents (late 50's) arrived in May2011 on Multiple visa to Canada from New Delhi. They visited US for 3months to see my brothers family & while returning back to Canada ; one of the visa officer humiliated my parents & said you people abuse the system; Further he said, he is stamping only bcz...
