HI FRIENDS, AS YOU MAY KNOW, AFTER REGISTERING FOR HEALTHCARE INSURANCE PROGRAM, YOU HAVE A 3 MONTH WAITING TIME PERIOD IN ONTARIO.. QUESTION IS ; WHEN I DO MY FIRST LANDING AND DO THE NECESSARY APPLICATIONS (PR, SIN, MEDICARE..), AND COME BACK TO HOME LAND IN 10 DAYS, IS THE 3-MONTH PERIOD...

so that means, we have maximum 1 year after the visa, to come back and bring my wife to canada... the other question was, what if my wife can not land before her visa expires, what happens? regards.
