That's absolutely true. I also know people who got Citizenship and didn't stay even for 10 days, all by fraudulent means. Very unfair to those who live here, work here and have strong ties to Canada but still waiting years for Citizenship. This is the system CIC calls as fool proof??????

Old ATIP report says Judge Decision. Latest one says PS/Judge decision. Both are in pending status. What's the difference and what's that addition of "PS" means? Grantor decision in both is pending.

Thanks Amazing21. I was short of few days, 1015 of physical presence days and now waiting for last 36 months (RQ with docs sent September 2011). As I mentioned earlier, I am not sure but it may be only RCMP clearance that is delaying as earlier was expired in 2012 (as mentioned in ATIP)...

The first one is applicable. I was short of approx. 50 days. I am not sure your assumption is correct as mistakes can happen and this does not mean Forever.

Echorael - The responsible office is St.Clair. Janoo - are you sure there will be a Judge interview or most of the cases with status PS/Judge decision can be finalized without it. My concern is that 36 months waiting time is already over and how much time more it will take.

I am not sure why my case is delayed. My friend got RQ the same month (09/2011) as he got an oath last month. I am still waiting :(
