Same here, we landed at April 24th, haven't got the PR card yet. I called CIC June28th, the agent said it hasn't sent yet. Also recently the CIC office telephone agency line are so busy, it always said all the lines are busy and cannot transfer to an agent.

By the way, all immigration office won't accept call for immigration questions, you only can contact them by email or fax. Bank won't be possible to change the ne I think. But if immigration office won't accept it, they will return the draft to you first instead of reject your case normally...

Then, try to send immigration office specific case enquiry. The link will be on the immigration office website or you can google it. I suggest that call your bank and talk to the agency, ask the agency if the draft been en cashed or not. This means if it been enchased, the immigration office...

Well, I think you can phone your bank first, see if it is possible to change it if it hasn't en-cashed. If it has been en-cashed, i think that means no problem for the "name". Better e-mail immigration office, and double check with your bank. Good luck.

If you don't have prepaid envelop it will take about 21 days after your passport mail out from vo, you can get it

my ecas status change to decision made Mar, 23rd. and i haven't got any response for my passport yet. Btw, i used UPS with prepaid envelope. Hopefully i can get it next week.

I got the same problem, i sent the passport to LA at Feb 21 by UPS. LA received my passport at Feb 22nd. My status change to DM at Mar23. I haven't got any tracking information from UPS yet.
