can anyone from canada recommend a college for post-grad diplomas, also suggest if it will be beneficial?

I am interested in any "communication" related course and the second option would be "project management". I have exp n my post grad is 76% with IELTs 7. BTW: are u in canada?

is university a better choice than colleges??? I am extremely confused...do not want to go for the regular business administration stuff...something that has scope and really makes a difference
