Hi all, I am in 6th of H1B and couple of days back my EB2 Labor (submitted on Sep 2007) got denied and mailed my SRS AINP on April 22nd 2009 and was delivered on 24 April 2009.... Just hoping to get nomination before my 6th year term expires...
