I applied passport the same day after oath, everything went well and I'm from Vancouver.. most of them waited for 2-3 days after oath, but I just give it a shot since my application is all set.. no rush either.. within a week got my passport yay best of luck

oh I know how you feel.. lets just hope it will come soon and won't conflict your future meetings..they usually give 2 weeks notice before oath taking.. so that will give you time to contact them if you can't make it...some applicants have ecas updated and can see when is their oath date before...

well, read the discover canada once first , just to have an idea.. then read it again few times and try to understand everything....rights and responsibilities is a must to read exam is easy, just don't rush because its very tricky take your time, you've been waiting for this for a long time right..

no extra documents needed just extra payment for urgent processing, I think its extra $120 for one day processing, I'm not sure with the exact amount but I'm 100% sure it will cost extra if you want it urgent.. if you don't go within 2 weeks, I suggest just apply in person regular peocessing it...

Just to let you know, I have submitted mine june 8, they received in june 10, had a exam on sept 23 and became citizen feb 5.. most of the june applicants had their test for sure and invites.. but of course it depends on the local office, some are faster some are slower.. I know how depressing...

yes she/he can use either black or blue and one photo only... just a reminder as well, if you will submit a photocopy of your additional identification like drivers licence or services card instead of sending them your original, make sure the guarantor signs that photocy as well stating...
