Can citizenship test and oath be taken virtually if the applicant is outside Canada?

I think the PA will get an email or you will get an update through gckey account if you have one. The current trend is that AOR 2 is taking a month from the date of file fransfer. Let me know where you hear anything from them. I am waiting for the same.
