    I think due to high volume of application they took longer time. I read from this forum People who had applied on January 13 they did received approval letter from cic. I hope you will receive good news soon.

    As per their Nov 25 letter they clearly mentioned File process will be done first come first serve basis and it was underlined. they Cannot wait person submitted document end of February.

    Thanks Shuga, We have to submit medical at local office or hospital will submit. In my case hospital told to my parents they will submit medical.

    HI Rick, They mentioned in his letter if CIC required local knowledge than that file will transferred to local visa office. therefore your file was transferred to new Delhi, Don't worry.
