My friend had sent application the the FSW Social worker. His document reached CIC office on 18 Jan 2012. Still he is not getting any response. What is the reason. I heard the Cap reached on 19 December 2011 for the Social worker. Is that possible ? if so why CIC updated the number 499 till 6...
