I have PCCs from all the places i lived except Texas. i have sent them the Finger print card but i am yet to get the PCC. in the mean time, I came across the below DPS site which does the criminal history check for texas based on name, DOB race etc...

The file numbers are like XXXX-XX-XXXX. I think the 2 digits in the middle specify the year application (pre-assessement application for pre-assessement candidates) was sent to AINP. so for pre-assessement candiates this should be 08 and it should be 09 for the rest. Just my 2 Cents!!

Yes, in the letter, it was mentioned that i need to submit the CIC application before Sept. 26th. I have only 4.5 months left to apply.
