For all those who need official information and detail... I would strongly recommend to attend CIIP session (Canadina immigration integration program). They will give you all such information with official references.

I emailed IOM about it. They call you in a session as per your mentioned expected travelling date. I think in Karachi this session would be in 3rd or 4th quarter of December.

Dont need to panic my friend. usually PPR1 comes withing next 5-6 months of your medical. After 4 months of medical you can send case specific inquiry to LVO asking for your current file status. If you mentioned correspondance preference to be email, then PPR1 and PPR2 will come through email...
