Yes! make sure you pay the sponsor applicant, resident status principal applicant and the right of permanent residence fee. I didnt know about the RPRF fee before and this delayed my application for a good month and a half.. dont hesitate... all of the fees i believe are refundable exept one...

I just printed the photos normally on hard copies and sent them loose in envelopes... we had over a thousand pictures... wedding ceremonies, birthdays parties etc... by hard copies i mean the usual printing from walmart or anyother photo printing services

No re entry wouldnt really have any effect. As long as you have a legal status in Canada you can apply from outland if your spouse is here or outside, and he can stay here since he is "legal." My husband had come to canada with a student visa, it expired in December, but we were already married...
