guys my wife got this in reply to her email: "Your application is currently in process and is in queue for review by an immigration officer. Medical examination results have been received." any idea where abouts is her file? i mean how long before they ask for ppr medical and ppc is already done

It says "In Process" on main page. Furthermore, if one clicks the in process tab it says: We received your application for permanent residence on February 25, 2011. We started processing your application on February 9, 2012. again any idea what next step is?
