I know what you mean. Sohrab, Arezoo, lele and others in this forum mentioned that you can go ahead and redo your medical as soon as it expires and send the results to the Visa Office :)

My husband received the same thing from Ankara on March 21st. His medical will be expired at the end of April. A form was attached to the email with his information. The doctor did not give any form to my husband to send to Ankara since they had already sent the form.

Thanks for the link A+M. We did it the first time he did his medical. This time, IMM 1017 was attached to the email that was sent to him. I don't really know what's going on :(

They have already sent us IMM 1017 with his information on it. He is doing his medical in Iran.

What they have emailed us is IMM 1017 Section A. It already had all his information on him. The Dr told him that you have already have a Medical number so there is no use for filling in a new form.
