Thank you for the reply. My understanding is when a PER is issued the fee is not refundable, is this right? Based on what I have read from this forum, seems the time PER is issued can be from about a couple weeks to a few months (for the PhD stream).

Hi I am wondering in which stage the application fee will become non-refundable? After receiving PER, AOR? Or after medical exam? Also how long approximately does it usually take to get to that stage where fees are not refundable? Thank you in advance guys.
