I spoke to immigration more than a couple of times and they told me they are sending AOR up to APR.29/11 and its normal for my case not to recieve by now..He told me to wait at least 3 more months to recieve AOR. >:( He said make sure to keep your canada post traking number and your payment...

I applied for my parents's Family Sponsorship back in June 2011. The CIC website says "Issuing acknowledgement letters for applications received on April 29, 2011". It's been stuck on this message for months. No update. I am wondering how long does it take to receive the acknowledgement receipt...
