Sorry to hear your rejection. I don't think appeal would work as it will take too much time and you can't wait for it. The most feasible solution in my opinion is to prepare the a new application and submit it ASAP before the new rules take effect in may.

Not Yet... So that's why it's strange. But couple weeks ago we also submitted to application to renew our Study/work Permit and attached our POF in the application as well. Maybe they share the same system and could also see that kind of proof?

Thank you asbereth. These days we are pretty upset to hear about too many rejections because of work reference letter. We even wanted to give up if we got the rejection letter because repreparing the appllication would take us too much time and money. Anyway, now got a little bit of relief.

Just got the document request today for POF and six months of activities. Not sure if this is good news or not. All of our founds are in Canadian bank and in C$. Should we just provide scanned proof and send it via email? Thanks.

On my CAIPS report, I found the due date of the Medical part is today(2013/3/28). Does it mean I should know something(even if rejection) by the end of the day?

There are lot of things to do to prepare the application materials. It's not easy to decide just give up or reapply.
