I'm living in Texas and I have been requested to send my passport along with my family's to Ottawa. They want me to buy a pre-paid envelop for the return (from Xpress); however, I don't know how and if they will deliver them to USA from canada. Any advise. :-\ Please help.

Has anybody hear anything?? I am being requested medical exams, but I sent them over a year ago. It seems that they cannot find the exams. With such a disaster they have no wonder why. Anybody in a similar situation?? How long does it take to finalize the process from this point??

@ Sarayu, I was under the impression that you had got your PR already??? Are you still waiting for it? Did you pay your RPRF already? Is so, how long ago?

Alireza_Q, I'm in the same boat. From our friend computergeek, it seems that 2-4 months is the standard time to get passports requested from CIC. Let me know if you hear something different.

My application was first sent to Sydney, NS; then Ottawa. Will I have to send my passport to Ottawa or will Ottawa send my case to a consulate post in the USA. I'm applying as a provincial Nominee under AINP for H1B visa holders. Any ideas??
