Was your mom given a two year visa on entry at the airport?

My mom got her visa today, valid for 5 years.

Inshallah you will get it. I am expecting my moms passport sometimes next week.

It is rather strange that no one has got any visas except the one applicant on this board... why would it take so much time to issue a visa after the medical is done is beyond me.

No updates on anymore visas? My moms passport has been gone for a week, waiting patiently.

You only need to send previous passports or their copies if you have them.

Any updates? My mom did her medicals in Islamabad, the doc said it takes a week for them to send everything out to India. Will send the passport out sometime next week. Dont know what to expect now.

I think it will take a month after medical for the visa to go threw, apparently you go into a queue once medicals are done.

My mom is flying to islamabad to get her medicals done, we will be sending the passport out after the medicals next week.

Did you put in a letter saying you had completed the medical and are re-submitting the passport?

It is a seal put by a lawyer to certify that the photocopy is true.

This is very intresting, I hope we can get some clarity on this. My mom will be travelling to Islamabad from karachi to get her medicals done. I am wondering what to do after that.

Got medicals for my mom today! CHC seems to be picking up there pace

Applied Jan 29, haven't recieved anything yet.

Looks like CHC has made its way threw applications till January. I am still waiting for a response and my moms documents reached CHC on Jan 29.
