I HAVE BEEN WAITIN AND WAITIN LONG. i APPEARED FOR AN INTERVIEW ON 24TH MAY AND WAS TOLD THAT I WILL RECEIVE A REPLY WITHIN 3 TO 4 WEEKS TIME BUT i AM STILL WAITING FOR MEDICALS. SOMEONE WITH SAME TIMELINES PLEASE SHARE UR EXPERIENCE.

Still waiting for a reply from NDVO on my case, no updates and already more than one month. :-\

I am sorry to hear about your situation and I know how it hurts. How did they come to the conclusion that you have misrepresented? What proofs they provided you regarding the misrepresentation? Were you called for an interview? If yes, did they gave you the refusal letter there and then.
