I am confused...the form asks for the NOC code which is what I have indicated... http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm0008_3e.pdf it is on page 2 Should I send the forms back in with a letter and a print out of both the NOC and Ministerial list?????
