Should i inform them now or after going to India . If mean while they ask me to provide recent pay stub ( just like they have asked other guys in old process ) then at that time i have to tell them which will not be proactive What do you suggest

Re: AINP Application package(H1B Stream) sent after 01-01-2009 under the NEW pro Diva , i think state pcc also applies to Old process coz if you check buffalo checklist of documents you will find state pcc as a requirement

Guys Anyupdates on what needs to be done ..... update the from and sign it again with curret dates before sending it to CIC or send the same forms which we sent to during Alberta nomination

Correct me if i am wrong , Take FBI card , get the finger print from the state where you are and then send the card to MI for PCC Can we use the downlodable card from FBI website

Kishan... Did you changed your job or address after you sent Alberta application or after receiving nomniation? and did not inform Alberta about it ? How did CIC found out that your adress / info is not current ?
