I think it is a glitch in ecas.coz not only pre-feb 2008 but others 2 are not being identified by ecas.So hope its all gud. N about refund of Mr. Narang's case, can't say anything

yes that is usually same what is asked during request to update documents:proof of funds ie bank statements,police certificates and previous job details after the date of applying,dependent's information: education details. the visa officer cud have additionally asked you to submit birth...

@ noon.pls dont think of joining lawsuit at dis moment.i guess u had updated ur documents.those who have updated their docs still have hope.u need to wait till nov 30.rumor has it that those who had updated docs will get their medicals in dec.if u do join lawsuit now,u wont get ur medical...

@ ns77 it is a bit dicey since points allocated only for age.but since cic had already updated ur docs, they must have established that u qualify with enough points.maybe VO had allocated points on paper file manually n not electronically.
