Hi Bonny, I do not have "Medical Received". The Ecase just changed to "Decision Made" directly after three weeks I sent my Passport. The PP reached their office on Feb 2, but I still did not receive my PP. Good luck. Mickey

Yeah. The medical request came by regular mail. The date in the file is Jan 5, 2012 but I received it on Jan 11,2012. Hope it will help.... Do you guys have "exact processing date" on your ecase?
