All they sent my wife was Passport stamped with Visa, COPR (CIC Copy and Client Copy), and a cover letter explaining Permanent Residence in Canada (Applying for a SIN number etc.). We didn't get any application material back at all.

Thanks for everybody's wishes. OK.. this might be a stupid question, but when I booked my wife's ticket via cheaptickets dot com, they did not put her middle name on the e-ticket. Her passport has her middle name though. First and Last name is correct on the ticket. Is this an issue?
