Hi, i received my FBI on April 9h, i am still waiting for my Indian PCC, as my FBI is older than 3 months, can i still send the FBI. I want to send the application to CIC with out PCC, can i send it, as my dead line is JULY 26th. Do i have to give any explanation for my expired FBI....Please...

hi, I lost my passport, now the indian embassy told me that they will issue me a duplicate passport with different passport number, i got nomination, waiting for indian PCC, and fbi also i have it. So whom do i need to inform, cic or AINP, PLease help
