Cic depend on nomination certificate whether you are eligible in OWP or not. Check your nomination certificate if it says there that you dont have restrictions on employment then you can apply OWP. You will find it under the employers name in the left side of your certificate.

helo sugarhigh..i'm done with my medical last january 25..now im waiting for the result of the med..they told me after 2-3 weeks they will forward the result to the embassy and if needed another test they will call me or text me. After med result, visa..how about u?

Im worried because some of my batchmate na nag pasa ayun my MR na..ung iba pa...
