Does a TEMPORARY File number issued by manitoba labour consider as file number? or they will send another File number? They send me letter with Temporay FILE NUMBER that starts with "T" then 6 digit number. Asking for additional docs. Sent docs to Manitoba Nov2008. Its been 3 mos no reply...

hi there!! I am also under MPNP Winnipeg (Family stream ). Just sent my Application to Manitoba last Sept 2008. Receive letter NOV 2008 from manitoba asking for Proof of my relation with my Aunt living in winnipeg. Sent docs Nov 2008 no reply yet.. No confirmation if they receive the document...
