so when I filled out the questionnaire on ircc secure account, I got a recommendation to apply for ‘work permit’. There was no mention of ‘closed’ or ‘open’. Should I submit the required supporting forms as per here and wait on ircc to ask/let me know if employer compliance fee is needed?

Thanks, I just find it strange since I have already been working with the employer for 2 years under PGWP - a couple follow-up questions: My employer has to do this, even though it is "Optional" as per here ? Am I asking my employer to fill the "Foreign Worker Form" within the Employee Portal?
