Hi I'm filling out the form imm 008 (for Canada), I intend to live in Quebec. On question 7 they ask if i have received my certificat de selection du Quebec? If no, when did i apply for it? So does it mean before filling my forms for Canada, I need to send this CSQ form first to Quebec? Thank you
