You would have scanned the document for trv application right. And I assume you would have scanned original letter. Then they don't need any other original letter.

You can use only the FD's or property papers where your name is included.

Thank you for the positive response. The only reason I said bad news is it's just 2 weeks since the application, no medicals have been requested. I read on the forum that 'Decision Made' status before Medicals is bad news. On all the threads I saw processing time is not so short.

With single entry visa also your parents can go to US and come back as long as they don't travel to any other country they are fine. The only thing is they should come back before their Canadian visa expires. At entry their visa will not be extended. It will not be a issue for extension.
