My advice. Finish your bachelor.... Regarding work visa, you need a job offer then apply for work permit outside canada. Only problem this can take months ( more than 2). If the employer is willing to wait thats perfect. You dont necessarily need your future employer help to get your work visa...

Get the document , even if its extremely hard to get. Otherwise you may be risking it and delaying you application, up to you.

After your Open work permit(8months) expire you need to extend it like any other person would do It would take 6 to 7 weeks (my bf took him 8 months and he didnt even need the LMO) It's not as easy, it takes a long time specially now. I recommend (specially if you need a LMO) to apply 3 months...
