Anyone in March applicants received AOR2 from Buffalo VO ? My file was transferred in April 2011 and I think it was 30 weeks for AOR2...but nothing so far. Anybody else got it?

To my understanding the initial timeline for AOR/File number by Buffalo VO was 30 weeks after they receive the approved application from CIO - Sydney, Nova Scotia. Has anyone received a File number receipt from Buffalo VO for an application which was transferred to Buffalo in April 2011 ?
