Hello guys! I'm new here..Just learned that the CIC updated their website way behind the actual date of CAP reached. Unfortunately for me, I haven't received any news from CIC just yet. I dunno if my application has reached cap or not. I'm expecting the worst but still a part from me has HOPE...
