unaseem, Apparently (and you would want to check with CIC), if your wife cannot take the x-ray now (I assume that she's pregnant) then she can submit a chest x-ray no more than 6mths old. They may have changed this ruling, but give it a shot.

Thankfully it looks like they're getting them processed in around 3 months. My status hasn't changed online but given we submitted in the last week of September, I shouldn't expect anything until January!
