    Question on hours worked

Agree with Jes_On & Torap. It's all going to come down to the hours you log via payslip. CIC count a full time work week as 37.5 hours and so you need two full years of those hours (either done full/part time, which of course would take you longer than 2yrs to accumulate). If you're working...

Hi Revival, Sorry for the delayed response. I've now posted my timeline in my profile but we applied for PNP in May 2011, received nomination in September 2011. Documents were submitted to the Federal Govt in Oct 2011. By late Jan 2012, we received confirmation from CIC that they had our...

Hi guys I have a mate who has been here without a visa for 3 years. She was on a working holiday permit from NZ, then had her baby at 27 weeks. She is in a common law relationship with a Canadian and the baby is Canadian. Once her working holiday program visa has expired, I think they...

Buffalo office -PNP-Is there anyone who appeared for medical before thr request

unaseem, Apparently (and you would want to check with CIC), if your wife cannot take the x-ray now (I assume that she's pregnant) then she can submit a chest x-ray no more than 6mths old. They may have changed this ruling, but give it a shot.

ALL PNP APPLICANTS AFTER DEC 1 2011

    PNP buffalo August/September 2011 applicants

Thanks Ethels. I get so nervous about this process. I know we've been granted PNP and that means PR is more likely than not, but until I have it in my hand, I stress that something could change on the Govt's end and they don't grant it to us. I guess I just need to breathe! ha

    PNP buffalo August/September 2011 applicants

Thankfully it looks like they're getting them processed in around 3 months. My status hasn't changed online but given we submitted in the last week of September, I shouldn't expect anything until January!
