One member of NOC 2134 whom file reached on Jan 2 got his DD en-cashed on 31 Jan and PER received on 17 Jan. ;)

Dear, You cannot apply for this year FSW2013, because of your occupation mechnical engineering has already been filled. :(

No need to send secondary or intermediate degrees, they only need university level degrees & Transcripts whom photocopies should be attested by HEC and sealed by them then you can courier those documents to WES

Well in my case mine reports were dispatched on 18 June 2013 and till date i did not receive my reports yet. Its about 2 and half months and i was opted for standard delivery. I am bearing this all because of my IELTS which i am going to take on 7th of September.

can anybody tell me how much time regular mail will take to reach here in Pakistan.My reports were completed on 19 June and i did not received yet.Anybody knows whom to contact as there is no tracking service available for this purpose.

Lahore HEC office also effective form last few day, you can do the attestation form there and they will sealed your documents too. you only need to attest you university degree and transcript.make account on wes take their reg no and mentioned on envelope.send throught fedex or any other courer

HEC has designated OCS for attestation services.Well yesterday i was there in HEC for sealing envelope purpose.I asked that person can we send document for sealing purpose through courier, he assure me that OCS do both the attestation and sealing.
