Hi JayKay! I read somewhere that people who applied in Sept and Oct are unable to check their e-cas. I am not sure about this info. I am Dec 2010 applicant and i was able to check my status, just minutes ago. I think you are in good shape, don't worry too much. Hope you'll get your PPR soon.
