oh no! I think there is something wrong with IELTS test system. IELTS seems to be more demanding than passing the Professional licensure exam which is you just have to pass it once..just my opinion..

just wanna make it clear.. did you retake the exam? or the Immigration acknowledge your IELTS even though its expired already? my situation is same with you.. My IELTS is already expired and I really find it hard to schedule and retake the exam since Im out of the country (PHI)
