Thanks for your suggestion. For residency in USA its hard work and InshahAllah if someone works hard will get it. USMLE steps + volunteer work for as research and observation and lengthy process of interviews. Its a long process for sure and requires a real commitment in term of time and money.

Very thing is true but is there anyone who can tell me actual solution of my problem "Medical declaration form" to send signed medical declaration to CHC.
