    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

You do qualify for the new Pilot program, and you don't have to submit again. You will be include right way and probably will be in the beginning of the list, since they will start by September (I'm also September applicant). At this point we just not sure how long is going to take until the...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

Hi guys, Anyone from BC who made they Health Card could please advise me on how to get this done?! I sent by mail an application some months ago, I got no response at all. I'd like to know if I can apply in person (like in a ICBC location I guess), also how long until you have coverage? Is it...

It seems a lot of people are being asked to submit more prove, I just want...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

It's a desperation, isn't it? Every time I even think AIP may take even longer that already has, I go crazy on how we will continue to go deeper in debt, and how long we will slave to pay all debt later. As a person who has always been very organized financially, it's beyond frustration. I had...

That seems odd, why would she ask you to check back in April, 6 months from now. Usually Sponsorship+Initial assessment = AIP, are both processed the same day, but in some cases a few days/weeks later (some officers ask more relationship proof after sponsorship approval). I'm sorry you have this...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

Happy to see one more AIP, but we really need to see more AIPs per day and week. I'm a September applicant and every time I do the math with the current speed, it drives me crazy. Imagine people who applied in 2014? How to trust the program? I really hope for a speed boost on the applications!

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

I am September applicant, so patiently (going crazy) waiting. I saw that on the FB page.. my guess is that they took the piles of application until August 20 ( CIC phone service date ) and they are working on this applications, anyone after August 20, not even opened. What I don't understand...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

Yay! :D Happy for everyone receiving AIP, BUT still feel like they could work faster, since they are very behind. Looks very disorganized to me that they can't work in a regular pace, sloppiness. I have a question for people in BC, all the medical exams are the same price? Or there's...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

What letter are you talking about!? I sent it together with PR, and the only letter I received was AOR. The general letter saying you can continue working on implied status are sent when people apply for OWP without PR, or after AOR.

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

Thanks!!! I've never seen this letter before, and that's why I think it should be an open statement to everyone on CIC webpage, so ends the doubts. Just one thing, when the letter say "does not benefit from implied status" it refers only to continue working, or no implied status at all?!

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

On IEC, besides the program itself being non-extendable, and explicit in the rules before you apply. Is there an official statement open to everyone from CIC to the allowance of work while on implied status with IEC waiting for AIP??? I am asking because when I called CIC about the OWP forms...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

Yeah, unfortunately, as they write " you can continue working under the circumstances of the previous permit" opens precedence to say the old permit does not allow you to extend in any way to continue working passed expired date. The letter posted in the forum, is a standard letter that...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

In my case it's IEC, and that's why I said some people continue working and some don't,, but it's clear they don't have an official response in this matter. CBSA says you still in fault in case it's illegal, even if the agents from CIC said you can continue working. It's a shame it's not clear...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

You just have to choose to check application process, and then sponsorship, they first will say if it's outland to call a number, if it's inland "if you applied after august 20 2013 you application still not in process". Let's hope this date changes every week!

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

Yes, there's a official letter CIC agents send when questioned about implied status, I have received this letter when I first applied. The letter does not explicit say you can continue working though, it only explains implied status itself. Most of employers in Canada are familiar with implied...
