dear mayank thanx for your post. i want to ask you something. how did you file your application on feb 2011 ?? i thought the skilled worker visas were opened in july 2011.

my papers for NOC 3131 reached CIO on 30 october 2011. at the time the number was 400 out of 500. today its 22 nov 2011 and the NOC reached 491. (25 days passed) do you guys think i have time ?

When my application was received by CIO, my NOC was 400 out of 500. After 25 days from that day, it became 500. Cap was reached. Do you guys think i made it in those numbers or was i too late ? i know it's never sure to know if someone made it or not, but i still want to know what you guys think...
