    Yes, I myself did not use a representative because I had a very bad experience from a "crook immigration representative". It is easier just to do it yourself, that way all the correspondence will be directed to you.

    Passports w/ visa and COPR, It only took 11 business days since buffalo received it.

    I received similar letter when they asked me for police clearance to be submitted within 90 days. That means you are close in getting your PPR. Congrats in advance.

    Just want to share my experience too. I was almost defeated by my frustrations and thinking to forget our application and plan for another. But I emailed them and telling them that it is hard to plan for our future without knowing the status of our file. After 2 days, I got the good news PPR!

    I notice it's getting more and more Oct-Dec 2010 applicants are receiving PPR. Your's is coming soon. Maybe that is why they changed the processing time to 15 months to clear the backlog.
