they wont give back to you anything my friend, they will just let you verify the info they have is corrent or not. they will stamp on your passport indicates you are "landed" they will get your picture and stick on your file. that's about it. btw. in my case the officer only got one picture...

Congratz abc , question for those people who had lending interview ( hop you guys still come back to this thread... lol) after you had the interview,you guys are "landed" right? do you guys have to apply PR card saperately or CIC will send PR directly to you.... what is the situation? (...

I will have a landing interview on 21st of Feb. in the letter i got, CIC required that my vaild passport,2 photos, and $479 payment on spot when i have the interview. hope this helps. Again, congratz!

Luckjinx, under your wife's ecas... you should see two steps under your name. if the DM appears on your 1st step, it means you got AIP for stage one, the 2nd stage follows should show "in progress" you got "DM" , "DM" on both section, it means you got both stage approved... hope this help. cheers.

TOZO, surprise to see our sent in date are really close to each other.... i sent in Dec 01 2010, and i got my AIP on Oct 25the 2011, yesterday i got my landing interview notice letter in the mail for Feb 21, 2012. i think you should get yours soon. good luck!

Thanks Crazylucy, i know there are so many of us waiting for the stage 2. I applied OWP in Nov. i expected to get it in the middle of Jan 2012 since the processing time is 51 days listed on the CIC website.

Think postive AmandaHsu, At least you got a Date. a Question to you, is that date means you will get a frim answer back whether you gonna approve the 2nd stage or not? or..... it means they will start process further until Mar 22..... ? Anyway, do be sad.... praying for you. Happy holiday!
